A Legacy Dinner for You or Someone You Love
A Legacy Dinner is a chance to gather with the people who matter most, share a meal, and celebrate your life or the life of someone you love. Together, you can tell stories, express what you mean to each other, and enjoy an evening with the person you’re honoring there to take part.
Through my nonprofit, Hadley House, we’re preparing our first Legacy Dinners with local restaurants and chefs. If you’re interested in a dinner for yourself or a loved one, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Know
The dinner is completely covered.
There is no cost to the person being honored or their loved ones for a Legacy Dinner hosted through Hadley House.
You do not have to be on hospice to express interest.
These gatherings are intended for people approaching the end of life, including older adults who would like to celebrate with their loved ones.
Being photographed or filmed is optional.
You can keep your dinner private. If you would like it recorded as a keepsake and are comfortable with us sharing it, we can discuss that together.
We’re just getting started.
Locations and dates are still being arranged. Submitting an interest form helps us understand where families are interested and how we might help. It does not reserve or guarantee a dinner.
